Represented the Renewability consortium in the acquisition from Amaranto group of MAG Abruzzo and MAG Lazio, companies owning five ready-to-build PV projects with a 20MW aggregate nominal capacity.

Represented Infrastrutture in the agreement for the development of photovoltaic and wind projects in Italy and Spain, through the sale of 65% of Hergo Renewables, a company owning a ca 1.5GW project pipeline.
