Represented Iren in the acquisition from European Energy of a 51% interest in the corporate capital of Limes 1 e Limes 2, SPVs owning each a ready-to-build PV project in the Municipality of Tuscania (Viterbo) with a total capacity of 38.8MW.

Represented Solar Ventures in the sale to SR Investimenti of an 80% interest in Solar Italy VIII, an SPV owning PV projects with an aggregate 5MW nominal capacity.

Represented Actarus in the acquisition of Neoagroenergie, Ingegneria Sostenibile, and Eutecna, companies owning ten biomethane projects in various Italian regions.

Represented A2A Calore & Servizi in the acquisition from Edison and Cartiera di Cologno of the entire corporate capital of Termica Cologno, a company owning a thermal cogeneration plant in Cologno Monzese.

Represented Snam in the contractual joint-venture with Eni for the development and management of Phase 1 of the Ravenna CCS project for the capture and 25,000 tons of CO2 from Eni’s Casalborsetti natural gas treatment plant, transportation to the Porto Corsini Mare Ovest platform and injection in the depleted field offshore the Ravenna coast.
