Giorgia is an Intern at Parola Associati. She mainly focuses on corporate energy law and M&A transactions, providing legal assistance throughout the different phases of the transaction, from preliminary due diligence (covering corporate, contractual, and real estate aspects) to preparatory activities related to the drafting and negotiation of the relevant contractual documentation. Giorgia is currently writing her thesis in energy law, specifically focusing on Power Purchase Agreements.
