Gianluca Zampieri is an Associate at Parola Associati. He developed his expertise in corporate and energy law, with a focus on M&A transactions, and regularly assists industrial groups, developers, companies, Italian and foreign sponsors, utilities, and investors in transactions involving the purchase and sale of shares and assets, as well as project development. He provides legal assistance throughout all phases of M&A transactions, from the initial due diligence activities (with a particular focus on corporate matters, contractual agreements, and real estate) to the drafting and negotiation of the relevant contractual documentation. Before joining Parola Associati, he gained his experience at leading Milan-based lawfirms specializing in M&A and the energy sector.
