Federica Re is a Senior Associate at Parola Associati.  She focuses her activity on energy corporate law and inparticular in the field of M&A transactions by assisting sponsor, developers, industrial groups and investors in corporatere organizations, M&A, sale and purchase of equity interests and assets andproject development. She is particular active in the fields of traditional and renewable energy and provides legal assistance in relation to all phases of M&A transactions, from the due diligence activity (with focus on corporate, contractual and real estate matters) to the negotiation of all the relevant documentation. Prior to joining Parola Associati, she accrued her experience in leading Milan law firms specializing in M&A and in the energy sector in general.
