Represented ST Microelectronics in the drafting and negotiation of a corporate PPA for the purchase from ERG of the electricity and GoOs produced by two wind farms with a capacity of, respectively, 50.5MW and 100.8MW in the Municipalities of Camporeale and Mineo, Militello and Vizzini, in Sicily.

Represented Chiesi Farmaceutici in the drafting and negotiation of a corporate PPA for the purchase from Statkraft of electricity produced from a PV plant with a capacity of 21.57 MWp in the Municipality of Montalto di Castro and with an expected production of 33,5GWh/y.

Represented Seaside, the energy services company of Italgas group, in the acquisition of Immobiliare Ceresa from Fratelli Ceresa, a company engaging in the management of energy services.

Represented Peridot Solar Limited (PSL), a company controlled by FitzWalter Capital Limited (FWC), in the Euro 120 million financing by Infranity for the construction of 7 PV plants with a total capacity of 178MW.

Represented EnValue and MSE Solar, German companies active in the RES space, in the multi-borrower project financing by NORD/LB (Norddeutsche Landesbank – Girozentrale) for an amount equal to Euro 41 million divided into various credit lines, for the construction of 6 PV plants in the Municipalities of Manzano and Remanzacco (Udine) with a total capacity of 48MWp, the COD of which is due by end 2023.

Represented Iren both in the acquisition from European Energy of a five-plant PV portfolio for an aggregate nominal capacity equal to 120MW, including the operating Troia plant, the largest in Italy, and in the strategic partnership agreement for the Italian pipeline of European Energy, including sites in Apulia, Sicily, and Lazio for a total capacity of 437.5 MW.

Represented Marguerite II in the sale to Edison Energia of a portion of its interest in Gaxa, a company engaging in natural gas sale and marketing in Sardinia.

Represented Italgas in the joint-venture with Marubeni for the development and construction of the first Italian power-to-gas project in Sardinia.

Represented Suncore 2, part of the Peridot Solar group, in the drafting and negotiation with PLC System – part of PLC group – of a turn-key EPC contract for the construction of a high-voltage substation, dedicated to a 31.7 MWp PV plant, in the Municipality of Nuoro.

Represented Italgas in the joint-venture with Phaeton Holdings for the acquisition of DEPA Infrastructure.
