Represented Algebris Green Transition Fund in the acquisition of the 100% share capital of Esapro, a company active in the sector of construction, maintenance and, through its controlled company Esapro Control, management of security services of PV plants located in Italy and, through its control company Esapro RO, in Romania.

Represented Firefly and NPV in the early exercise of the put option regarding the sale to Dolomiti Energia Holding of the quotas held by the above companies in EPQ (a company active the sectors of distributed generation and energy efficiency) and the managers of EPQ in relation to the new directorship agreements with Dolomiti Energia Holding.

Represented GAIF Bio Holding in the acquisition from L&L CH4 of a 51% interest in CH4 Scala and CH4 Vigasio, two companies owning each a ready-to-build project in Lombardy for the production of biomethane from agricultural feedstock with a capacity equal to 500 Sm3/h.

Represented GAIF Bio Holding in the acquisition from L&L CH4 of a 51% interest in CH4 Marmirolo and CH4 Gottolengo, two companies owning each a ready-to-build project in Lombardy for the production of biomethane from agricultural feedstock with a capacity equal to 300 Sm3/h.

Represented Galileo in the tender process and the sale to Green It of a portfolio of PV plants with a capacity of about 140MW, through the sale of 8 dedicated SPVs.

Represented Iren Green Generation in the acquisition from European Energy of Limes 20, a company owning the permits for the construction and operation of a 20.39MWp PV plant in the Municipalities of Noto and Pachino (Siracusa), in Sicily.

Represented Ersel Asset Management SGR, in its capacity as fund manager of Equiter Infrastructure II, in the acquisition from Bluenergy and Carlino Consulting of a pipeline of PV projects (for a total capacity of ca 200MW).

Represented Infrastrutture in the agreement for the development of photovoltaic and wind projects in Italy and Spain, through the sale of 65% of Hergo Renewables, a company owning a ca 1.5GW project pipeline.
