During his multi-decade experience in leading companies and legal practices, Gianluca Grea has developed remarkable legal and managerial skills in the field of complex corporate matters and corporate governance. He holds the role of General Counsel in publicly traded and regulated companies within the Pirelli Group, where he directly engages with the company's leadership on governance issues resulting from the rapid expansion of the Group. He contributes to the definition of corporate control and governance systems and their related information flows.

With a particular focus on the real estate sector, he personally participates in extraordinary corporate transactions, including cross-border operations, capital market activities, promotion of public takeover offers, the initiation of wealth management activities, and in the field of non-performing loans (NPL). In 2018, he qualified as an Élite Expert in collaboration with KoboFunds/Borsa Italiana. He also served as Judicial Liquidator, appointed by the President of the Bologna Tribunal, for Cogei S.P.A. Group, a construction company in a preventive arrangement and in liquidation.
